Acquiring properties requires a multitude of players to achieve a successful transaction. Ambrose Commercial’s extensive financial analytical experience combined with its large network of third-party professionals (legal counsel, tax advisors, engineers, architects and property managers) provides clients with the required level of support they need to evaluate and successfully execute acquisitions. Ambrose Commercial's own experience as a commercial property owner enables timely and actionable insights for property buyers. 

NON-PERFORMING LOANS

Ambrose Commercial provides advisory and brokerage services to banks and lending institutions seeking to sell real estate-backed notes and loans. In addition to our note sale advisory capabilities, we also have extensive experience with the bankruptcy process. Our team can assist clients in connecting with specialized legal and financial professionals who can provide expert guidance on bankruptcy-related matters. 

ADVISORY

Advisory services include property-specific valuation reports (Broker’s Opinion of Value), market reports, 1031 exchange guidance and structuring, special situations property transactions (bankruptcy, receivership, or assignment for the benefit of creditors), land development assessments, and asset management services.
